The existing kitchen felt generic and undersized for the home's potential - especially for homeowners who entertain regularly. The layout, cabinetry, and finishes were dated and disconnected from the rest of the living space. The goal was a kitchen that felt custom, warm, and high-end without appearing overdone.
Arterra redesigned the space around an oversized island that anchors both the layout and the aesthetic. Mixed white and charcoal cabinetry adds depth and contrast, while the custom hood, full-height tile, ribbed glass pendants, and champagne bronze hardware give the kitchen a layered, designer feel. Completed in 6 weeks from demo to final walkthrough.

September 1, 2025The roof needed more than just new panels. The rear slope had sagged from years of water pooling. We decided on metal roof replacement and had them reframe the rear section. After they removed the shingles, they rebuilt the slope to match the original pitch and added sheathing and waterproofing. Once the framing was fixed, they installed standing seam metal panels across the roof. Ridge caps, valleys, and drip edges were all upgraded. They also updated all flashing, including around the attic vents. It now looks sharp and feels much sturdier than before. It was done right.
